Who We Are
E&E CPR & Safety provides CPR, AED, First Aid, AHA BLS Provider, Heartsaver, and emergency-readiness training in Edinburg and throughout the Rio Grande Valley.
E&E CPR & Safety operates as E&E CPR and Safety, a DBA of E&E Solutions and Operations.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through eecprandsafety.com and through direct interactions with E&E CPR & Safety relating to inquiries, scheduling, registration, training, and customer support.
Third-party platforms such as Enrollware, payment processors, and American Heart Association systems may maintain their own privacy notices and terms. Their privacy practices are separate from this policy.

Sensitive Personal Information
E&E CPR & Safety does not intentionally request Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, biometric identifiers, medical diagnoses, or other highly sensitive personal information through the general website contact process.

Registration Through Enrollware
E&E CPR & Safety uses Enrollware to support class scheduling, registration, roster administration, and related course-management functions.
When you register through Enrollware, information necessary to process and administer your registration may be provided to E&E CPR & Safety.
Information processed directly through Enrollware is also governed by Enrollware’s applicable privacy practices and terms.
American Heart Association Course Administration
Certain American Heart Association courses may require student or course information to be processed through American Heart Association systems or other authorized platforms used for course administration, certification, and eCards.
Information processed through those systems is also subject to the applicable provider’s privacy practices and terms.
Payments
When you pay for training through a third-party registration or payment service, payment and transaction information may be collected and processed directly by that provider.
E&E CPR & Safety does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers on this website.

This website and its general online registration process are not directed to children under 13.
