These Terms & Conditions explain the general rules that apply when you use our website, contact our team, register for training, purchase training services, or communicate with E&E CPR & Safety.

Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing eecprandsafety.com, registering for training, purchasing services, or otherwise using services provided by E&E CPR & Safety, you agree to these Terms & Conditions to the extent applicable to your interaction with us.
If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the website or complete a registration until you have contacted us with any questions.
About E&E CPR & Safety
E&E CPR & Safety provides CPR, AED, First Aid, AHA BLS Provider, Heartsaver, and emergency-readiness training in Edinburg and throughout the Rio Grande Valley.
E&E CPR & Safety operates as E&E CPR and Safety, a DBA of E&E Solutions and Operations.
Course Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide clear information regarding available courses, training dates, locations, pricing, and registration requirements.
Course availability, instructors, training locations, schedules, and other operational details may change when reasonably necessary. When a material change affects a registered student, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the change using the contact information provided during registration.
Registration
Students are responsible for providing accurate and current information during registration.
Registration information may be used to prepare course rosters, communicate class details, administer training, support applicable certification processes, provide customer service, and maintain appropriate business records.
Registration may be completed through third-party systems, including Enrollware and applicable American Heart Association platforms.
Payments and Fees
Prices and applicable fees are displayed during the registration or purchasing process.
Payment may be processed through third-party payment or registration providers. Those providers may maintain their own terms, privacy policies, and payment-processing requirements.
A registration is not considered complete until any required registration and payment steps communicated for that course have been completed.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, Transfers, and Refunds
Any cancellation, rescheduling, transfer, refund, or no-show policy applicable to a particular course will be communicated during registration, in the course listing, confirmation email, invoice, or other registration communication.
Students are responsible for reviewing those terms before completing registration.
When course-specific written terms are provided during registration, those course-specific terms become part of the agreement relating to that registration.
Attendance and Course Completion
Registration or payment for a course does not, by itself, guarantee successful course completion, certification, or issuance of a course completion card or eCard.
Students must participate in and complete the applicable course activities and requirements associated with the course for which they registered.
Where an American Heart Association course is involved, E&E CPR & Safety administers the course according to the applicable course materials and procedures provided for that course.
Course Completion Records and eCards
Certain courses may involve course completion cards, eCards, rosters, or other records administered through third-party certification or course-management systems.
Students are responsible for providing accurate identifying and contact information needed for applicable course administration.
Group and On-Site Training
Group, employer, school, healthcare, childcare, and on-site training arrangements may be subject to separate written quotes, proposals, invoices, scheduling terms, minimum participation requirements, facility requirements, or other agreed conditions.
Where a separate written agreement or proposal applies, those terms will control with respect to the specific group training engagement if they conflict with these general terms.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
E&E CPR & Safety may offer text messaging to students, customers, and other individuals who provide a mobile telephone number and, where required, consent to receive messages.
Types of Messages
Messages may include registration confirmations, class reminders, scheduling information, course preparation information, schedule changes, customer-support communications, and other information related to training or services you requested.
Consent
Where consent is required, consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing or registering for training.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your registration, course schedule, requests, and interaction with E&E CPR & Safety.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.
Opting Out
You may opt out of covered text messages using a reasonable method. Where supported, reply STOP to stop text messages.

Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Text-message originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided to service providers, telecommunications providers, aggregators, or other vendors as reasonably necessary to operate and deliver the messaging service.
Delivery
Wireless carriers, telecommunications networks, and third-party messaging platforms are outside the direct control of E&E CPR & Safety. Message delivery may therefore be delayed or unavailable in some circumstances.

We may send transactional or relationship communications relating to registrations, training, payments, scheduling, customer service, and other services you requested.

Training schedules or services may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, power or internet outages, facility closures, illness, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, technology failures, or other unexpected events.
When this occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with affected students and determine an appropriate next step.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law controls.
Severability
If a provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when our website, services, registration systems, communication practices, or business operations change.
The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
